About our application process:
For our staff to make an informed decision about a prospects suitability to rent one of our properties, we need to collect certain information. By filling out the online application you are telling us a little about your personal history with jobs and rentals.
Once you submit this application and pay the application fee, we send you to our online screening service. At this time, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to follow to complete the screening process.
You will be asked to create an account with Smartmove, and to enter a little more information including your SSN (no-one in our office sees this).
Once we receive the credit/criminal reports, check references and verify employment, we will contact you with approved or denied. This may take up to two business days.
After approval we require either a down payment (non-refundable) that will be applied to the security deposit, or if leasing immediately, all monies due (cash, money order, bank check or electronic payment). All security deposits are held in a seperate non-interest bearing escrow account.

The usual monies required to rent one of our properties include:
- Application fee ($55/adult for our rentals)
- Lease Prep fee ($75 for our lease)
- Security deposit
- First month rent + any prorated rent (if applicable)
